Sandra Denise Greenslade-Hanna

SandraGreenslade – Hanna was born on May 26th, 1965 to Thomas Greensladeand Gertrude Capron.

Her earlyeducation began in United States of America where she attended both Primary andJunior Schools and later returned home where she attended Government HighSchool. Sandra received an Associate’s degree from College of The Bahamas in2001 in Accounting and Bookkeeping and a Bachelor of Science from College ofThe Bahamas in 2010 in Accounts along with numerous certifications from BahamasTechnical Vocational Institute.

In Februaryof 1985, Sandra met a handsome young hulk by the name of Dave Hanna. Theycourted for a few years and in November of 1991, they made a long termcommitment and became life partners for thirty-two (32) years until God calledDave home on January 3rd 2023.

Some ofSandra’s places of employment included Nassau Beach Hotel working as a LaundrySupervisor; Attorney General’s Office as a Clerk; Ministry of Education, andfinally Bahamas Immigration as a Senior Private Secretary.

Sandra was adedicated member of Bible Truth Ministries where she was active in the SundaySchool Ministry, Usher Board and adult Choir.

Sandrabecame ill in June 2023 and left work to attend to her painful and swollen feetwhere she was advised to attend Princess Margaret Hospital for advancedscreening. She was admitted for a few days and discovered she had three (3)blood clots. One around her lung, one around her heart, and one in her leg. Shewas discharged and sent home on bedrest. In November Sandra was admitted to hospital pending a surgery procedurewhere she experienced complications leading toward the surgery. On November 29that 4:54pm in the afternoon, God called Sandra to her eternal home. She is nowat peace with her Lord and Savior.
