A Time to Born
On July 7th 955, in the settlement of Blanket Sand Andros a beautiful baby girl was bornto the late Rev. Benjamin and Anna Munroe. She was the tenth child and the onlygirl whom they gave the name Rose Munroe.
ATime to Learn
Her early childhood education beganat Blanket Sand all age school where she was a brilliant student that led toher parents and older siblings making the decision for her to further hereducation in Nassau. She then entered Government High upon graduation. Sheentered an institution on meeting street where she studied secretary skills andcompleted with honors.
Atime to Work
After obtaining her secretary certificate and awards sheapplied at Scotiabank for employment. She was hired as a teller at ScotiabankEast Street and Wulff Road. She was there for a few years. Rose was alsoself-employed. She owned an auto mechanic shop. Rose then entered the Ministryof Education as a security supervisor. She then moved on to human resources asa clerk until she retirement.
Atime to Love
In 1982 Rose meet her long-life partner ChristopherJohnson that swepted her of her feet. In 1992 he made her his wife until deathdo them part.
ATime to Die
On August 19th 2022, the Lord came and tookher home to glory land. She would be missed sadly by her family. Rest in Godsarms rise in glory we must except that God knows best.
