Joycelyn Drakes, age 84, of #4 Tundra Close, Sea Breeze Lane, died at Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday, February 24th, 2025. Service will be held on Saturday, March 15th, 2025 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, South Side, Edmond Street, at 1:00 p.m. Officiating will be Brother Carlton Wilkinson, Assisted by Brother Marvin Arthur. Interment will follow at Western Cemetery, Nassau Street.
