ELLAMAE’S BIRTH& MOM’S DEATH:
On the 21st day of May, 1925 in the Picturesque settlement ofRichmond Hill, Exuma, which is found in the beautiful archipelago of TheBahamas, the birth of Ellamae was celebrated by her late parents, Mr.& Mrs.Harold and Oletha Rolle. Affectionately called ‘Ella’, she was the third ofseven children to her parents; Nora, Cleveland, Edward, Cedric and Rosalie havepredeceased her, and Nemal her brother, resides in Tampa, Florida, USA with hiswife Rosa. At the age of eight, Eulla experienced the inevitable death of herMother Oletha. Her under aged siblings were understandably overwhelmed withgrief. The late, Mrs. Nora Ferguson, the eldest child, instinctively took theday to day responsibility of rearing her siblings. Harold their Father and thelate Mrs. Ethlyn Rolle were also instrumental. During a family chat, Ella toldthe story of Nora (a disciplinarian), who taught her Godly principles andethics which made her a woman worthy of praise.
EDUCATION:
Ellaattended the all age school at Rokers Point Exuma where she received hergeneral education. On the Family Islandsduring that era, the home, school and church partnered with the communities inrearing children with a foundation of knowing the Lord, with the aim ofeventually becoming good productive citizens.
RELOCATION &UNION:
Ellamatured as destiny unfolded, she left Exuma and migrated to New Providence.During her relocation, she always kept God in view. In God’ time, her highyellow complexion and elegant style of dress captured the eyes of a handsomeyoung man by the name of Livingston Armbrister. Their friendship developed andresulted in marriage. This union was blessed with three boys and three girls.Livingston was a good man, and Ella was a good Wife, Mother and anointed PrayerWarrior.
EMPLOYMENT:
Eullamae’s conscientious work ethic and trackrecord would reflect that her hands were blessed of God. She gave freely tothese who were in need, and consequently she received freely from the Lord.
She worked in the hotel industry and the former Dan Knowles restaurant. Beingan ambitious and industrious woman with an entrepreneurial spirit, she enteredstraw vending industry for many years where she sold her merchandise totourists that visited The Bahamas. She also worked with the Ministry ofAgriculture prior to retirement.
THE END OF HER SOJURN:
Eullamaebecame a member of the Annex Baptist Church where she worshipped consistentlyunder the pastoral leadership of Apostle Michael Jones until her master andmaker called her home to be with him. On Friday October 8th 2021 atThe Princess Margaret Hospital 2:00 PM she made her final sojourn.

Mrs. EullamaeRolle Armbrister was predeceased by her Husband: Livingston Armbrister Sr.; Son:Hudon (died 20th December 2020). Daughter: Sheena (died 27thOctober 2021) (19 days) after her mom Eullamae death.
