He attended St. George s Anglican Pre School and then went on to attend Our Lady s Catholic School. In 1978 the Inez and her children and her second husband to be, Arthur Cooper, moved to Palmetto Point, Eleuthera where Patrick enrolled at the Central Eleuthera High and later went on to graduate from Governorís Harbour High School in 1982. In high school he excelled in sports as a runner, and was successful in obtaining BJCs as well as GCE O levels, with special credit in Technical Drawing. After graduation, Patrick went on to the College of the Bahamas where he spent three (3) years studying drafting. He sought employment at an architectural firm to further his trade. Being the industrious person he was, he decided to venture out on his own, hence PCCS was formed. He accomplished much during his short life span. Patrick s first stint in the hospital was while he was working for Kensington Management.
